So I joined Pottermore the other day (the same day my boyfriend broke up with me so I needed a distraction). Of course I was most looking forward to the sorting. This time it would be official!
I had always thought of myself as a Ravenclaw due to my love of academics and reading, but Hermione is the same way and heck who doesn't want to be in the same house as Harry? But I have always secretly been suspicious that I was a Hufflepuff. Whenever I would mention it to others they'd say "But you're smart! You're a Ravenclaw definitely!" Well that's not what Pottermore thinks people!
I am a Hufflepuff. My initial thought was Noooooooo! But I have been warming to the idea. I have finally found out where the Hufflepuff common room is and let me tell you, it is almost exactly like a Hobbit hole! This gives Hufflepuff house points for awesomeness. And apparently when you get into trouble Professor Sprout gives you a light scolding and then some candy. And the ghost, the Fat Friar, is always glad to help you solve your problems which is nice!
I guess it makes sense since I am the type of person that wants to get along with everyone and wants to be everyone's friend. The funny thing though…I have a big family like the Weasleys. And like the Weasleys we are all in the same house so far! My twin sisters and I are all Hufflepuffs. I just have to get my older sister and brother to join to confirm it (though I secretly suspect they are Slytherins!)

11 things about me:
1. To go to sleep at night I make up elaborate stories in my mind but I get so into the story that it keeps me awake!
2. Sometimes I dream in ancient Greek. It is extremely worrisome. Especially since I can't remember Greek nearly so well when I am awake.
3. I love to read.
4. I wish I could go on tours inside the books I read, like Middle Earth- throw some pennies into Mount Doom. Make a wish.
5. I want to write books that will make kids believe in magic. Too bad J K Rowling did it first!
6. I believe in miracles.
7. I always wanted to have an identical twin that would go into school and write my tests for me. We'd switch places all the time and cause havoc. For this reason I am a little jealous of my twin sisters.
8. My goal in life is to be that little old lady who lives in the creepy house that kids are afraid to go to on Halloween.
9. Growing up I absolutely hated having freckles.
10. I wish I had a TARDIS of my own.
11. Still waiting for my Hogwarts letter.

So, I just finished watching the new episode of Doctor Who. It was good! Convoluted at first (ha ha isn't it always?). But at the end I was going 'awwww.' Had some nice flashbacks of Amy and Rory's life. Don't want to go into too much detail. SPOILERS (lol River Song...)
